PLN#4

I think the theme of "The most Dangerous Game" is to put your self in your own position and see if you like what you are doing. I don't think that Rainsford liked being the pray because he felt like he was having to hide and he was really scared. “Now I know what it feels like to be the prey.” This quote clearly explains that he doesn't like being the prey because it makes you become frightened, and also Connell says how you feel like you are trapped and can not escape. Why did The General put Rainsford in this position? I think that he did because that is just what he hunts I don't think it mattered who you were. “I'm a hunter not a murderer” This quote hints that The General really is a murderer or you could say can-able, this part in the story Rainsford startes wondering about this guy and who he really is. In the end I am glad that Rainsford won the battle. “I congratulate you, you have won the battle” This is what lets us as the reader know that Rainsford wont and im glad because I think that it should have ended that way.

When I read the question "What makes good people do bad things"? I really have to do some thinking because good and bad are complete opposite and having those two words describe one person is a little challenging. When I think about this what sticks out to me the most is that you can be such a wonderful person you always do all the right things, never get in trouble , your a great student, etc. but beside all of that anyone can make a mistake and I should say that everyone does make mistakes. It might not be that this "wonderful" person chooses to do something bad but maybe makes a bad decision which leads you into doing something bad. I think it has a lot to do with decision making. Other people should care about this issue because if someone does something bad that does not mean they are a bad person and that's the same conflict as you cant judge a book by its cover.
